Suriya’s heartfelt message on donations at Akaram event

Suriya: In addition to performing, Suriya has a variety of business ventures. More than that, though, he has gained dignity and respect from the Akaram Foundation, which he manages for youngsters.

Since its founding in 2006, the foundation has expanded like a banyan tree. Over 5000 students have completed it so far, and they are doing well.

Speaking passionately, Suriya just opened its new office in T Nagar. Attending the event were Karthi, Sivakumar, Jyothika, and the kids.

Gnanavel, the director of Jaibhim, has also been to the event. As Suriya put it at the time, “We educate approximately 700 students every year.”

Thousands of applications have been submitted to us thus far. Education for all is our aim.

Many families still have first-generation students, he noted. Furthermore, donations were not used to construct this structure.

It was constructed using my earnings. According to Surya, it has brought him greater joy than constructing his own home.
