Lokesh Kanagaraj Plans Action Film with Ajith Kumar

Once Coolie gets completed, director Lokesh Kanagaraj shares his desire to create a high scale action movie with Ajith Kumar in lead.

Presently, directing the Rajinikanth-starrer Coolie Movie, Lokesh Kanagaraj in an interview has confessed that he is quite interested in directing an intense Action Film with Ajith Kumar. The shooting part of Coolie is almost completed and the movie is all set to release in the theaters on August 14, which has created a great deal of hype among circles of Tamil Cinema News.

During an open media interaction, Lokesh Kanagaraj expressed that he has had this desire of working with Ajith Kumar in a top-notch action film for a long time. But presently, Ajith Kumar is involved in professional car racing engagements and thus their possible partnership has had to be shelved on a temporary basis.

Remembering a meeting recently, Lokesh Kanagaraj explained, We discussed a screenplay and Ajith Kumar told me, If we were to do this, it must be on the same level as Bollywood. I trust that one day it is going to be possible, yet at the moment, I opt to shelve the concept.”

Although Lokesh Kanagaraj is completely involved in the Coolie Movie, the film maker noted that there are chances that he could take up the action project in the coming future.
