Ranvir Shorey Speaks Out on Sushant, Mahesh Bhatt & Politics!

Ranvir Shorey shares his genuine thoughts on Bollywood lobbyists and his interaction with Mahesh Bhatt in a podcast interview. He candidly discusses Sushant Singh Rajput&’s death and the dishonest methods he experienced in the industry, underlining how groups may destroy lives.

Ranvir Shorey has established himself in Bollywood with his appearances in films such as “As Khosla Ka Ghosla,” “Traffic Signal,” “Bheja Fry,” and “Mithya”. More recently, his presence on the controversial reality program Bigg Boss OTT 3 got media coverage. The actor also drew attention for his bold statements and personal revelations.

After the event ended, a prior interview with Ranvir Shorey on his late friend Sushant Singh Rajput was made known. He brought up some shocking information on Sushant’s death and also mentioned his connection with Mahesh Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt’s ex-girlfriend’s father, the director.

In an ANI Podcast interview with Smita Prakash, Ranvir Shorey said that Mahesh Bhatt used him, even calling his action “duplicitous.” Following his argument with Bhatt’s daughter, Pooja Bhatt, he lost the admiration he once had for the director. He stated, “I held Mr. and his daughter, Pooja Bhatt, until the event.” Bhatt in the highest esteem.”” Then, I saw that I was being manipulated against myself by my admiration for him. In Bollywood, Ranvir also mentioned the existence of gangs and lobbyists. He pointed out Sushant Singh Rajput&’s death to underline how some groups in the industry band together to aim and eliminate others. He said, ” Even though several people in the sector accept this under the table, I’m ready to say it publicly.”

A few years later, this event with Sushant happened, and I felt the need to say. But if you ask anyone in the film industry, they will almost usually say it off-camera. A camera is not an issue for me, but on the other hand, This happens when people group, elbow someone out, step on another person’s feet or destroy someone’s job. This is done. It is a reality.

Further reflecting on his partnership with Sushant Singh Rajput, Ranvir worked on the 2019 criminal drama Sonchiriya under the direction of Abhishek Chaubey. Though he didn’t define their relationship as close, he did show that they were friends who spent time together during shoots and enjoyed good rapport. Furthermore, he mentioned that Sushant had visited him once or twice.
