Modi Caste Talks Draw Criticism at the BJP for Using CM!

Major controversy has resulted from Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s claim that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not an OBC by birth and that his caste was changed subsequently.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s caste has occasionally been the subject of contentious discussions by opposition parties. The BJP has been reacting whenever the opposition parties bring up Prime Minister Modi’s caste. Revanth Reddy, the chief minister of Telangana, has now stirred up controversy by bringing up Modi’s caste.

The Hyderabad headquarters of the Congress party hosted a Youth Congress conference. Revanth Reddy, the chief minister of the state and the leader of the Telangana Congress party, took part. At the moment, he stated: Prime Minister Modi asserts that he is from a backward demographic. He claimed, however, that he was not born into a lower social level.

Additionally, he claimed that he belonged to an advanced caste and that a law was created that added his caste category to the list of backward classes after he was appointed chief minister, according to Revanth Reddy.

Revanth Reddy has also claimed that although Prime Minister Modi is from a backward class and has a caste certificate, his mindset is anti-backward. The BJP is denouncing Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s remark in this regard.

In response to Revanth Reddy, BJP spokesman RP Singh claimed that Revanth Reddy is seldom working and is merely attempting to garner attention by making such divisive remarks. Rahul Gandhi’s caste is being questioned and criticized as well.
